With nearly 30 years of experience in security consulting, human resources and investigative services, Mike's expertise is in fraud and theft investigations, compliance, security operations, training and executive protection. He has served two Fortune 500 companies as Director of Compliance and Ethics, and Director of Global Investigations Security Services.

His investigations have spanned over 25 countries across 6 continents, including high risk regions such as the Middle East and Central America. He has worked with various agencies, such as The Scotland Yard, FBI and Parisian police. He has led a multitude of fraud-related investigations, resulting in the recovery of millions of dollars.

His work as a global investigator continues as he works with organizations on uncovering fraud, kickbacks, money laundering, corporate espionage, workplace violence and ethics violations from China to Turkey to Poland, India and the United States.

Mike also provides development training and speaks on topics related to interviewing, workplace violence, harassment investigations, ethics, and code of conduct procedures. Participants describe his sessions as “powerful, forward thinking and dynamic.” Attendant surveys have consistently scored 4.8-5.0 out of 5.

In 2018, he spoke on workplace violence at the Kentucky SHRM Conference and is scheduled to speak at the 2019 national SHRM conference in Las Vegas.
