Shannon Hensel, Vice President of Human Resource Solutions, brings real world experience from her leading HR role for a wide range of companies, industries and sizes.

She joined Cello HR in March 2018 to help founder Will Montgomery create a company that provides all-encompassing, outsourced HR solutions for any sized client. She is passionate about helping companies navigate the multi-state, nationwide and global complications to make sure that they are compliant and set up to align human resources.

She also brings an understanding of how human resources functions and how HR policies and practices impact an organization from the top down – including HRIS/HCM technology and implementations. This insight allows her to help any sized organization strategically implement HR services. 

Shannon is rewarded by helping and teaching employers how to streamline their business. She works with teams to build the culture desired while making their policies and procedures more effective and efficient while showing them how they are all linked together.

Shannon previously taught at the graduate level as an Adjunct Professor for the School of Business and Non-Profit Management at North Park University - specializing in Compensation & Benefits and HR Strategies.  She also taught the school’s Capstone and HR Certification courses. 

Shannon holds a master’s degree in Human Resources from Capella University.  She is also SHRM-CP certified through the Society of Human Resource Management and has been an active member since 2007.
